Here is an easy way to make your own gluten free self raising flour at home.
1 cup white rice flour
1/4 cup tapioca flour
1/4 cup potato starch
2 1/2 tsp gluten free baking powder
half tsp xanthan gum
Whisk them all in a small bowl and self raising gluten free flour is ready.
