Ingredients
  • 2 cups self raising gluten free flour
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tbsp cooking oil or ghee
  • ¾ tsp salt
  • tsp powdered sugar
  • toppings of choice
Instructions
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients.

  2. Knead well to form soft dough.

  3. Cover and let the dough rest for at least an hour.

  4. Make equal sized balls from dough.

  5. Put one dough ball on a lightly greased cling wrap. Cover with another piece of cling wrap, press and roll with a rolling pin.

  6. Roll out approximately 4-5 inch round naan, ¼ inch thick.

  7. Heat a non stick frying pan over low medium heat and gently place a rolled naan in the pan.

  8. Cover the frying pan and let the side cook for about 90 seconds. It will start puffing up at different spots.

  9. Carefully flip the side of the naan and cook for another 90 seconds or so.

  10. Serve hot as is or brush with any toppings of choice.
